Flu season
FOOD & HEALTH
As cold weather arrives, flu virus infections begin to increase.
Have you thought about how to protect yourself, and how to introduce supplements into your daily rituals that will contribute to your general health, calm thoughts and a strong body?
Viruses are everywhere, but don’t be afraid. You should also consciously accept them in your vicinity so that immunity is strengthened, and thoughts based on fears dissipate, because fear is the greatest enemy of immunity and significantly increases the possibility of infection.
Good Hygiene:
— Wash your hands regularly with soap, preferably solid.
— Avoid crowds and the use of pencils or pens in public places, rather use your own.
— Don’t touch face with your hands; especially your eyes, nose and mouth.
Healthy Diet:
— Avoid sugar or reduce it as much as possible in the foods you consume.
— Take probiotics to improve overall health.
— Eat as many whole, raw foods as possible and avoid processed foods.
Lifestyle:
— Exercise.
— Spend as much time as possible in the sun and in nature, in the fresh air.
— Keep a good mood and hang out with those with whom you laugh often, choose such hobbies instead of closing yourself in four walls and plunging into your own states of depression.
— Reduce your stress, and if you find yourself in a stressful situation, it would be good to consciously breathe deeply or meditate for a few minutes.
— Rest more than usual.
— Dissolve 1 teaspoon of salt in warm water and gargle it; repeat the action every day.
— Spend at least 10 minutes a day in direct sunlight to absorb enough vitamin D.
— Hydrate yourself with sufficient fluid intake, especially warm soups, stews and teas.
