Cleanse your life, your home or office, and then recharge your energy levels, on emotional, mental and physical point. As previously said, if you practice your full-moon ritual incorrectly, universe vibrations can stir up emotions and/or provoke strange behaviour.

Some of best full-moon rituals are:
— warm salted bath with lavender or any other aromatherapy essential oil
— charging and grounding your crystals behind the window
— meditation and manifestation your thoughts on paper (max 5 of them)
— smudging with sage, palo santo or incense sticks (no more then 3 minutes)
— look back on seeded energy (last new moon phase), just repeat your ideas if it’s not grounded
— launch new project with male yang energy
