If you wish to have priority or express mail delivery, as well as delivery confirmation or insurance, those can be arranged for an extra fee, depending on what you need. Feel free to convo us before payment.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Bla Concept ® is not responsible for delays due to customs. For international customers, please note that any customs, duty fees, or applicable taxes incurred for your country are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Bla Concept ® items are available for pre-order. Some of Bla Concept ® design products are made to order.
The estimated ship date will be stated on the product detail page and/or in the product name. If your order contains multiple items, including both available and pre-order items, available items will ship immediately and you will receive additional shipping confirmations for each subsequent shipment. For pre-ordered items, your credit card will be charged at purchase so that your item can enter production.
Please make sure that your Bla Concept ® address is the same as your delivery address. If there’s discrepancy between the addresses, we ship to the confirmed Bla Concepet ® address. However, if you would like the item you are purchasing to be sent as a gift to someone at an address different to your confirmed address, then please tell us before and include the recipiens address.

It is very important to us that you are happy with your order.
We rarely accept returns, exchanges and cancellations.
Buyers are responsible for return shipping costs. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value.
Please return the product in its original packaging and shipping materials, along with your receipt. Return shipping & handling fees are not refundable. Bla Concept ® is not responsible for lost and/or damaged return shipments.
Bla Concept ® will rarely exchange or return merchandise that is returned within 14 days of purchase with a receipt, original packaging and in sellable condition. Opened, used or products that have been destroyed cannot be returned or exchanged. Custom-made products, limited editions, all sale or discontinued merchandise are non-returnable.
Please note that we do not refund any delivery charges for returned items. We will only refund your postage costs if you are returning an item that is either deemed to be faulty or if we have mistakenly sent you the incorrect item.
