It’s all about small happiness in daily life. Remember that it is okay to have bad days.
Don’t talk bad to yourself. Talk to yourself as if you are your best friend. Try to catch yourself each time you say something mean to yourself and focus your attention somewhere else. Believe that how you think can affect how you feel. Say 3 nice things to yourself every day. It’s okey to not have all figured out, start over, do it for you, rest and do nothing, be exhausted.
Make a nest in your bed and sleep. Listen to some unbent music. Eat some ice cream or drink some tea. Take a short walk or do something on your bucket list. Remember that you’re lovable, say it out loud and smile. Watch a funny film and get cozy in some blankets. Plan your dream trip or dream house. Cry. If you have a pet, and you’re able to touch and hug it, then embrace it with open arms. Dress up in your favorite outfit or dress down, or undress, whatever makes you feel good. Clean your room. Open curtains/windows. Take a shower & stretch. Put on clean clothes. Get out out of your room a bit.
