Sometimes you need to go offline and get your life right. Do something for a happier, healthier and more fulfilling life. We totally treat our social media profiles better than we treat our own human bodies. Disconnect from everything long enough to see if it feeds your soul or its as distraction. While social media can be completely awesome, it’s also important to unplug every now and then.
Mindful digital detox:
MONDAY — delete, unfollow, unsubscribe, to anything or anyone that doesn’t have an uplifting, inspirational or positive impact on your life
TUESDAY — don’t look at your phone until lunch time, as apposed to first thing in the morning
WEDNESDAY — charge your phone at night anywhere but your bedroom and stay away from it at least two hours before bed
THURSDAY — write a letter, love note or a postcard to a friend or loved one
FRIDAY — Go out in the evening and be social — leave your phone at home
SATURDAY — don’t look or post anything on social media
SUNDAY — switch phone off for the entire day
