How to use:

Lay the Eye-Pillow flat against the skin. Leave on from anywhere from one minute to up to 30 minutes.
You can put 1 up 2 drops of Bla Apothecary Blend on hands and have healing Eye-Pillow with extra aromatherapy properties. Choose your Bla Apothecary Blend and tap the Pillow gently with fingers. You can put this Eye-Pillow in a freezer for 20 minutes and use cold; heat up in the solar energy for around 30 minutes and use warm.
