MIND & SOUL
Don’t be afraid of the dark! Let’s dive into your subconscious so you can clear your blocks & find your power.
You are your own reminder of past traumas — dark thoughts, negative self speak, physical pain. Just embrace your shadow, and magical things will happen. Our shadow is often a call to re-connect with ourselves, come back to complete wholeness, and to live in true acceptance of who we are right now.
You are wearing your thoughts and feelings. Ask Yourself: Why was I feeling frustrated? Where was this really coming from? Start to realise you need it, you are attracting these things in.
Wait for the answers, they will come!
— Describe a person you have a strong negative reaction to and their negative qualities…
— Now erase their name and replace it with your own…
— Ask yourself: What am I feeling? Why am I feeling this?
Shadow work is the understanding of your unconscious desires and patterns:
QUESTION YOURSELF — Challenging your own thoughts, behaviors and habits is the first step to taming your dark nature. Recognition and healthy criticism are necessary for growth and healing.
GET SOME FRESH AIR — Get your thoughts out! You can share with a friend, bla or a journal. But giving your demons some fresh air is a great way to tame them.
CULTIVATE SELF-AWARENESS — To understand the light, we must journey through the dark. Self-awareness is one of our most powerful tools as humans.
PRACTICE GRATITUDE — Before facing your shadow self and dancing with you internal devil, but sure to take a moment to gratitude. This is essential, it will protect you when facing trauma and difficult patterns.
Ask Yourself:
What is the worst thing you’ve ever done?
Why did you do it?
What were the consequences?
Would you still do it today?
Who did you hurt?
