Write it & smell it
MIND & SOUL
It’s not important that you send it to him or her! But it is important to write it and smell it…your love letters.
Have you ever felt like your romantic life is completely out of control and messy? You’re definitely not alone. To send a letter (nobody) is a good way to go somewhere without moving anything but your heart. You can write your feelings and express yourself freely.
You can start your letter with…
(Dear person) that I left / that left / who hurt me / I hurt / I need to forgive / who forgave me / who I’ll never forget / who forgot me / I miss / who misses me / I love / who loves me / etc.
Small things to add:
— Write your loved one’s name on the front
— Choose textured or soft paper
— Put it in a beautiful envelope protected by wax
— Seal it with a kiss using lipstick of your favorite shade
— A spritz of your favorite perfume
— Put a rose petals or pressed flowers or leaves
— A teabag of your favorite tea
— Stickers on the outside of the letter, and inside
— Tears
